I have a deep reverence for and experience life and all things as sacred. I believe health and well-being begins in our consciousness and is reflected to us in our physical body, environment, relationships, etc.
People come to me when there’s something very physical happening that can’t be ignored - and then we work together to navigate the other factors at play - beyond the physical - to feel better, to connect, and to truly transform what they’re going through (pain, grief, confusion, etc.).
I take a holistic approach to my work and incorporate the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects by blending my experience and expertise as a former death investigator in a coroner’s office, member of DMORT, Reiki practitioner, death doula, and conscious living/dying coach.
